On the June 29th Leo Stopfer had a great opportunity  to present the series of his paintings united under the name „Signature Collection”. Presentation was a part of the cultural event “Artist and Prima Ballerina Talk” with the Painter of the Ballet-Stars Leo Stopfer and the Prima Ballerina of the Vienna State Opera Ketevan Papava and took place at Palais Hansen Kempinski Vienna

Leo Stopfer’s 3 months Solo exhibition at the Vienna State Opera dedicated to the 20th Anniversary of the Ballettclub Wiener Staatsoper & Volksoper

The exhibition of the Leo Stopfer’s paintings „Förderpreisträger und Ehrenmitglieder des Ballettclubs, Stars des Wiener Staatsballetts“ at the Vienna State Opera (Wiener Staatsoper) was a part of the Season programme 2019/2020. 

The paintings retrospective was located in the Marble Hall and in the balcony gallery and was available from the November 4th 2019 till the February 10th 2020.

On June 16th, 2018 Leo Stopfer presented his new painting of young Italian ballerina Elena Bottaro, who received this year Prize for Support and Encouragement of Balletclub of The Vienna State Opera and Volksoper.

The Ceremony took place at the hotel “The Harmonie Vienna” and was supported by the Balletclub’s President, Mrs. Ingeborg Tichy-Luger, the State Opera’s Director Dominique Meyer and Ballet Director Manuel Legris.

The “Ballettclub of Wiener Staatsoper und Volksoper” celebrated 80th birthday of Rudolf Nurejew in the “Teesalon” of Wiener Staatsoper on March 13th, 2018. On invitation of Ingeborg Tichy-Luger, the president of the Ballettclub, Leo Stopfer was honored to present his painting of Rudolf Nurejew to Manuel Legris, the director of Wiener Staatsballett.
